The following are unapproved and must be changed to meet the specifications:

Frozon - Make it when he's normal summoned and he's level 3.
Scarm - Get rid of the negation effect or change it to a target monster is negated.
Warrior - I like it, except make it 3 turns for the negation and one monster is special summoned.

I changed frozon and warrior(which wasnt suppoed to be named that so i changed it) but scarm is my key card of the deck and I got rid of the negate 1 attack each turn effect. He is a level 10 syncro that became a lot harder to summon because of frozon's level reducing. So may i ask that that be reviewed again please?
